Description:
Gypsum is a soft sulfate mineral composed of calcium sulfatedihydrate, with the chemical formula Cas042H20. To make gypsum as construction material, calcination process is needed, and pat crystal water will be removed from gypsum. The calcined gypsum's chemical formula is Cas04. 1/2H20. it is widely used as raw material for gypsum board, plaster, cornice, school chalk, etc. The gypsum board production line is composed of crushing system, grinding system, calcining system, energy supply system, conveying system, packing system and storage system.

Description:
Phosphogypsum refers to the gypsum formed as a by-product of the production of fertilizer from phosphate rock. lt is mainly composed of gypsum (Cas04-2H20).
After the phosphogypsum is treated with our production line, it can be used as construction gypsum and agricultural gypsum
Technology of phosphogypsum treatment: Two-step treatment. The first step is to remove the free water in the phosphogypsum raw material (the process is also called preheating). Hot air and phosphogypsum raw material are mixed during going through hot air tube. The second step is to remove part of the crystal water in the preheated phosphogypsum.
The phosphorus gypsum production line is composed of hot air furnace, preheating system, calcining system, dust collecting system, modifying system, conveying system, packing system and storage system.
For FGD Gypsum

Flue-gas desulfurization (FGD) is a set of technologies used to remove sulfur dioxide(S02) from exhaust flue gases of fossil-fuel power plants, and from the emissions of other sulfur oxide emitting processes. After the FGD is treated with our production line, the FGD gypsum can be used as construction gypsum and agricultural gypsum.
